Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse space and equipment cleanliness
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Willingness to operate provided equipment after training
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
