Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily for optimal functionality
- Follow inventory management protocols using provided scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Pack and label products accurately for shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
