Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling
- Load/unload shipments using provided hydraulic equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy with company-issued scanners
- Follow safety protocols using provided personal protective equipment
- Organize warehouse space with company-provided tools
- Perform cycle counts using provided handheld devices
- Operate warehouse management systems with provided tablets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate company-provided equipment (training provided)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
