Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment through 5S practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Train new hires on warehouse processes and SOPs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (10-45°F)
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends during peak seasons
