Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, verify, and store incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speedOperate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
