Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) following safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
