Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and per OSHA guidelines
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas to optimize workflow and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits for data accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
