Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Load/unload trucks with precision and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train new team members on SOPs and equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Warehouse experience (1+ year preferred)
