Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with attention to detail and proper handling protocols
- Manage inventory using our provided barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety procedures while operating provided machinery
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to operate provided industrial equipment (training included)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation certification)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to our St. Louis facility
