Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and speed for timely dispatch
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support cycle counts and audits to ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
