Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials from trucks and storage areas efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Organize inventory in designated zones using FIFO methodology
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work environment per OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
