Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily KPIs
- Implement lean warehouse techniques to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- Valid forklift certification and powered equipment expertise
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in varying temperatures
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Team leadership experience preferred
