Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and verify inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Complete digital inventory management tasks remotely as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Remote work capability for administrative tasks
