Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with inventory management systems and mobile scanners
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and digital documentation skills
- Flexible availability including occasional weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional local deliveries
