Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with remote team members using digital inventory management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies remotely via tablet reporting
- Support cross-functional teams through virtual meetings and digital communication platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with digital tools (tablets, inventory software) for remote task completion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for both on-site and remote collaboration
- Reliable transportation to Minneapolis warehouse location
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekend shifts
