Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using our proprietary inventory management system
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring 99.9% accuracy in fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using tablet-based remote reporting tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote logistics team via digital platforms for real-time problem solving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficient with tablet/mobile devices and basic warehouse software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license required for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with remote oversight
