Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support cross-functional logistics projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for remote scheduling tools
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screen
