Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare products for shipping using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process inbound and outbound shipments, verify contents, and maintain documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required (we train).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
