Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
