Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
