Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Process incoming shipments and verify delivery documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (training provided)
- Forklift certification a plus (certification available)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operation
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
