Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using proper packaging materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Label and barcode products correctly for efficient tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels, pick lists, and packing slips.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
