Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and weather conditions.
