Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods
- Team player with excellent communication skills
