Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently during evening operations.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure 100% accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork related to shipment tracking.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to the Albuquerque facility.
