Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently to designated storage areas or shipping docks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify any damages or discrepancies.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or WMS.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
