Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods, and update inventory records in the system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; technical certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning technology quickly.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
