Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload freight trucks while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
