Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and accessibility
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory records
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in hybrid model with remote coordination
