Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error accuracy standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
