Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and display areas with products, ensuring they are organized, clean, and attractively presented.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the sales floor and restrooms to meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
