Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of packages and freight.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally during shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding security and attendance.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and computer skills for data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
