Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Excellence: Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Visual Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and ensuring product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; students are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise throughout the store.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
