Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and organize inventory to ensure accuracy and optimal storage conditions
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision for timely shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
