Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards and deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and responsibly
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load and unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
