Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash/credit payments, and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards, including restocking, inventory management, and display updates
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on seasonal collections and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
