Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and folding clothes.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling payments and returns.
- Inventory Support: Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and fellow associates to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high standards.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and maneuver around the store.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
