Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, taking accurate orders and delivering food/beverages promptly
- Process payments efficiently using our modern POS system
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old (alcohol service requirements)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid Florida Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
