Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are organized, priced, and facing correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and organizing incoming stock deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by following all store cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
