Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions with high accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Familiarity with mobile technology and POS systems is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for store-related tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
