Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate night shift systems and equipment to ensure 24/7 efficiency.
- Provide customer support and assistance during late-night hours.
- Perform data entry, inventory checks, and reporting as required.

- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong internet connection required for remote/online roles.
