Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service to guests during evening and weekend shifts
- Take accurate food/beverage orders using our POS system
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
