Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace.
- Process customer transactions, handle cash, and manage daily deposits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
