Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during busy evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock inventory and maintain visual standards for shelves and displays.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and safe.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
- No prior experience necessary – full training is provided for all candidates.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
