Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store organization during evening hours.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
