Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering detailed inquiries, and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment throughout the evening.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management.
- Cash handling duties, including opening and closing the register with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
