Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure the department is ready for the next shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
