As an Evening Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly during the evening hours. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our evening shoppers and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their needs, answer product inquiries, and provide a superior shopping experience.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Organize shelves, stock products, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Closing Duties: Assist in closing procedures, including cash balancing, security checks, and store lockdown.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members to ensure operational success.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
