Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Sort and organize incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist customers with order inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Perform routine data entry and inventory checks.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
