Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions and payments accurately using POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work Evening Shifts and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office or retail equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
